The Company has developed certain proprietary software-as-a-service (SaaS) products known as “XRay Workflow”, “XRay.Studio”, “XRay.Tools”, and "LowCodeEngineers" ("The Platform").

The Platform is not directed to children under 13 years of age. XRay Tech does not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. Children should not submit any information through the Platform. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information.
XRay Tech does not provide or sell personal information for marketing purposes, unless you direct us to provide you with recommendations for products or services, in which case we may use your personal information to do so. California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of our website that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes.
